BIC Master Class # 2 “Increasing market and technological intelligence to better support your SMEs”

Read, analyze, understand what is going around you locally and globally and finally find better means for supporting your SMEs. Information has never been so accessible, therefore it is fundamental to know where it is and how to exploit it at the best. How can Business intelligence techniques and open innovation tools be used to improve the ways by which BICs provide clever and value-added support to new entrepreneurs and the existing SMEs?

“Become an EC-BIC expert”
Location: Brussels, Belgium
Date: 29 September 2010 

To become an EC-BIC, and therefore graduate to EBN full membership, it is necessary to undergo a process which comprises an on-site evaluation of the candidate BIC through ad-hoc missions realized by EBN trained experts. Moreover, EBN is frequently looking for senior experts for short-term missions of transferring expertises in areas such as: incubation, technology transfer, economic development, enterprise creation, SME support and internationalization, innovation management, clusters, ... 
If you are interested to undertake these missions for and with EBN, and others aimed at disseminating the EC-BIC model, you should apply to the EBN talent pool and undergo a full day of training (this one!) to get acquainted with the system and update your understanding of fundamentals!
